How many hours should I book?
If you think 1 hour per day would cover your needs, and there are approximately 20 workdays in a month; booking 20 hours a month would be a good start.
If you're just not sure how much you need, then start small, and as you identify more tasks you'd like me to take on, you can easily increase your hours.

How will I know how many hours I have used?
I use time-tracking software Toggl to log my hours.
You're welcome to ask for updates anytime you fancy – daily, weekly, or whenever it suits you.
As my time is planned out for the week I cannot guarantee additional time in the following week, as such I do not allow rolling over hours into the next week unless agreed prior.
How and when do I pay?
At the beginning of each month, you'll get an invoice for the hours or fixed fee we’ve agreed, which you can pay online, or via direct debit/BACS.
I am happy to be flexible and accommodate other payment methods if you need.
When you're getting close to using up your hours for the month, I will let you know and we can agree a way forward.
My client base is always evolving but I currently work with founders and leaders within the health and wellness space.
