Working with erth means no recruitment fees, holiday pay, tax, national insurance, sick leave, pension, office space, training costs, software licences, insurance or equipment.
RETaINER PACKAGES
A retainer package gives you a set number of pre-paid hours each month (with a minimum 3-month commitment), which you can use however you need. It makes things easy to plan and means no surprise costs for you.
My standard packages cover 2.5–10 hours per week (based on a typical 4-week month). If you think you’ll need more, I’m always happy to put together something custom, and if you need less than 2.5 hours a week, ad-hoc hours will probably be the best fit.
I’m always flexible, so if you’re not sure what works best, just drop me a message and we can figure it out together.
