With experience across high-growth startups - and a few years running my own yoga studio - I know first-hand what it’s like to juggle the moving parts of both small and large businesses, while still trying to protect your time and energy.
 

Over the years, I’ve supported businesses across three continents, working in industries ranging from logistics and manufacturing to health and wellness, and most recently, the automotive space for UHNWs. That range has given me a strong sense of what different clients need, and how to adapt quickly to support them in the right way.
 

I created Erth because I genuinely enjoy being behind the scenes - helping things run smoothly, bringing structure where it’s needed and supporting people as their ideas take shape and grow.
 

What matters most to me is:
